As most of you know, I'm sick with the flu and I'm trying to start eating more healthier. With that being said, my caring mother decided to cook me a homemade seafood dinner, my favorite! Below I will post pictures of:
1. Shrimp linguine pasta
2. Broiled cod fish
3. Broiled scallops
SCROLL ALL THE WAY DOWN FOR THE RECIPE- I only posted the recipe for the shrimp linguine pasta, because in all honesty, the cod shrimp and scallops were not well prepared.. enjoy!

Shrimp Linguine Alfredo:
1. Fill a pot with plenty of hot water and.... do I really need to go through this process? I'm pretty sure we all know how to make pasta, and if not, don't feel ashamed. I myself will not be giving the instructions because I'm a lazy fart.. but click on this link for the full process. http://www.delallo.com/articles/pasta-101-cooking-perfect-pasta-every-time
2. For the Alfredo Sauce, I used McCormick's Creamy Alfredo Sauce mix, and from there I just followed the instructions on the back. In the past I have tried making my own Alfredo sauce by following the recipe, but it just ends up smelling like stinky feet and tastes too cheesy.. so McCormick's mix it is!
3. Then in a separate pan, melt butter in a saucepan and add your washed and peeled shrimp and saute it over high heat for about a minute, stirring constantly.
4. Then pour the Alfredo mixture over the shrimp and add the spaghetti noodles. Give that all a good stir and voilà, you're done!
